Hi Friends 👋,

Pumped about this weeks edition as it’s always been one of my favorite ways to break through the noise when prospecting.

I’ve found that name dropping on calls, emails or over LinkedIn is one of the most POWERFUL ways to catch a prospects attention and show that you are well researched.

Here are 6 ways I like to do this with some real-world examples:


An imaginative depiction of a bustling market scene from a fantasy world, with vendors selling magical artifacts, exotic creatures in cages, and shoppers wearing a variety of elaborate costumes. The marketplace is set in a vibrant, open-air setting with floating islands in the background, connected by intricate bridges. Stalls are adorned with colorful fabrics and glowing lanterns, creating an atmosphere of wonder and excitement. A variety of races from fantasy lore, including elves, dwarves, and humans, interact and haggle over prices, showcasing the diversity and richness of this fantastical economy.
ChatGPT: “Here's an interesting picture related to sales, depicting a bustling market scene from a fantasy world. 1. Email: In the subject line

As I’ve said before, name-dropping in the subject line has always yielded me the best results.

Have a solution that can help an SDR Manager ramp her SDRs faster?

“Ramp time for [SDR Name #1] & [SDR Name #2]”

2. Cold Call: In your opener


”Hi [Name] - it’s Florin from [Company]. Noticed you recently hired {SDR Name #1} & {SDR Name #2} and had a question.

Do you have 30 seconds to hear why I called?”

3. Email: In the opening sentence
