Happy Friday :)

We are back to regular scheduled programming. Hope you all enjoyed last week’s newsletter take over.

The story of building Outreach to Unicorn status is legendary and I look up to Scott and the whole team there. Love all the tactical tips.

This weeks e-mail comes from Steven at SnapAttack, here is the video breakdown (please don’t laugh at my pronunciation of McAFee…lol)

A friendly reminder that the bar for cold e-mail is still extremely low.

There is 100% more noise and things like AI are only going to increase it, but quality is not that much better… yet.

It’s really not hard to cut through the noise.

A lot of my content has been focused on cutting through the noise in that first cold e-mail that you send. What I call the “anchor” emails.

I’ve always been a big fan of the “Thoughts?” bump up email. As a matter of fact, it’s always been one of the top performing emails in my sequence at a 3-5% reply rate (which is more than some people have across a whole sequence).

The problem with this, as is the problem with any tactic… is that once everybody starts using it, it’s no longer effective.

Here are some real-life examples of successful emails I’ve used later on in my sequence:
